He’s friendly, approachable, and explains treatments very thoroughly to parents, so they too feel good about the care their child is receiving.
Dr. Krizia Proia is thrilled to make a difference in the lives of children by helping them achieve the healthiest smile possible. Originally from Sarnia, she is happy to be close to home and give back to our surrounding communities. She recently had twin boys and a 2-year-old daughter. After becoming a mom, Dr. Proia feels she can better appreciate pediatric dentistry from a different, more personal perspective.
Dr. Abdulhalim Abdulrahman (Dr Abdul) brings to Ari Pediatric Dentistry over 19 years of experience predominantly with children. As a certified Pediatric dentist, Dr Abdul enjoys providing both preventive and rehabilitative dentistry for patients from infants to adolescents and he believes in instilling good oral habits. He strives to provide the best dental experience to all his patients for a lasting perception of dentistry by making every child’s dental visit Unique, enjoyable and memorable.
Dr. Abdul’s work with children doesn’t finish when he goes home. He is a proud father of two teenage boys. During his Leisure time he likes spending time with his family, enjoys playing and watching soccer. He is an avid fun of the NBA.
As both a board-certified pediatric dentist and a father of two young daughters, Dr. Adam Hasanee knows the importance of making kids feel comfortable at the dentist. With specialized training in pediatric dentistry from the University of Minnesota and hands-on experience as a dad, Adam is committed to creating a playful, stress-free environment for your little ones. Dr. Hasanee has degrees in Earth Science and Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and York University. He completed his dental training at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. His passion for children’s health led him to advanced training at Montreal Children’s Hospital and McGill University where he completed a General Practice Residency. Adam then completed the Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Minnesota. In his office, Adam’s top priority is making dental visits fun—sometimes even being goofier than his patients! His goal is to help children build healthy oral habits by making early dental care a positive experience.
Dr. Mohamad Abu Sharkh completed his undergraduate studies in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences and his dental training at the University of Western Ontario at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Mo moved to Calgary, Alberta where he worked for a few years and enjoyed the proximity of being close to the mountains. After realizing most adult patients don’t enjoy talking about Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, or the latest Marvel movies, he decided to become a pediatric dentist. This led him to the University of Minnesota where he obtained his Advanced Training in Pediatric Dentistry. Outside of fixing baby teeth, Dr. Mo enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and daughter, staying active, listening to podcasts, and watching stand-up comedy skits.
